• Old church at St Monans

• Lighthouse and folly at Elie and Earlsferry

• Heavily pattern sandstone at Crail

• The Gannochy Gorge, Edzell, traversing the Highland Boundary fault

• Auchmithie pebble beach - one of the best in Scotland with jaspers and quartz

• The Dei'il's Heid (sea stack) and Needle's E'e (arch), Arbroath

• Montrose Basin tidal lagoon with geese at dusk

• The beach and old graveyard at St Cyrus NNR

Unusually for us, this will be a two-base Retreat, reducing the time we need to drive to destinations.
